So, I couldn't put it down after I posted last night. The last 100 pages were so, so good. I went to bed thinking how lucky I am to live such an "easy" life compared to Nazi Germany. Or any war torn country, or poverty stricken area...you get the point.
We are lucky.
I can't even imagine (just like 9/11) what it must have felt like to look up in the sky and see bombs dropping from tiny planes. Directly on your neighborhood. Entire towns and innocent families obliterated in seconds.
And then there were the concentration camps...
War is so, so lame.
Hurry up and finish it so we can talk about the ending!

I'm an impossibly slow reader on this one. I've been busy!! Any day now... By Friday, I hope.
I am only on page 100 so I know I won't be done for a while... go ahead and discuss and I will just make sure to not check this blog until I am finished.
K, I'm STILL waiting on my library who said it would be in last week. I'll just buy it on amazon darn it.
